Sus­tain­ab­il­ity Report

We wrote the first eco­logy reports for Flum­roc back in the nineties. Today, Flum­roc cul­tiv­ates a broad-based under­stand­ing of sus­tain­ab­il­ity with a focus on “envir­on­ment and eco­logy”, “social affairs” and “eco­nom­ic effi­ciency”.

New man­age­ment, proven path

After 15 years, Kurt Frei handed over the reins as man­aging dir­ect­or of Flum­roc to his suc­cessor Dami­an Gort. We accom­pan­ied the change of bat­on with pro­act­ive communication.

Against the short­age of skilled work­ers

Attract­ing com­pet­ent and motiv­ated employ­ees with con­vin­cing mes­sages. We provided Flum­roc with the texts for the employ­ee recruit­ment film.
