The intro­duc­tion of the elec­tron­ic patient record (EPR) is an excit­ing oppor­tun­ity for the digit­al­iz­a­tion of the Swiss health­care sys­tem. For one year, Zoe­beli Communications advised eHealth Suisse on communication issues and cre­ated edit­or­i­al as well as design con­tent for the web­site.

Con­cep­tion and con­sult­ing

The elec­tron­ic patient record (EPR) is tak­ing shape: since 2021, health­care pro­fes­sion­als have been join­ing and the first patients are open­ing their EPR.

Des­pite ini­tial suc­cesses, the chal­lenges remain great: tech­nic­al hurdles, cri­ti­cism from the health­care sec­tor, skep­ti­cism among the pop­u­la­tion. We address these prob­lems openly and explain the advant­ages of the EPR in the simplest pos­sible terms.

Blog con­tri­bu­tions

In a blog we report on the first exper­i­ences with the EPR. We inter­view stake­hold­ers from the health­care sec­tor and ask about their expect­a­tions, doubts and assess­ments.

Prin­ted mat­ter

A bro­chure informs about the func­tions of the EPR.
We cre­ate the concept, the con­tent and we design the doc­u­ment in three lan­guages.

Illus­tra­tions

We main­tain the visu­al lan­guage developed by the agency con­fid­ent for the EPR and devel­op it fur­ther. The aim is to cre­ate illus­tra­tions and image sequences that are easy to under­stand.

Social Media

We cre­ate con­tent for the social media chan­nels of eHealth Suisse – from short texts to illus­tra­tions and clips.

Mov­ing image

Togeth­er with the film­makers Brosky Media, we pro­duce vari­ous short films. We inter­view pro­fes­sion­als about their first exper­i­ences with the EPR.
