The Diac­onis Found­a­tion has a long and event­ful his­tory. The sis­ters of the Reformed church – in white hoods and blue dresses – were part of Bern’s city­scape for dec­ades. Today, Diac­onis is a mod­ern and innov­at­ive pro­vider of geri­at­ric and pal­li­at­ive care. At the same time, it arranges work place­ments for job seekers in vari­ous pro­grams.
