Competence and coordination office of the Confederation and the cantons The introduction of the electronic patient record (EPR) is an exciting opportunity for the digitalization of the Swiss healthcare system. For one year, Zoebeli Communications advised eHealth Suisse on communication issues and created editorial as well as design content for the website.
Concept and consulting
The electronic patient record (EPR) is taking shape: healthcare professionals have been signing up since 2021 and the first patients are opening their EPR. Despite initial successes, the challenges remain significant: technical hurdles, criticism from the healthcare sector, and skepticism among the population. We addressed these problems openly and explained the benefits of the EPR in the simplest possible terms.
Blog posts
We reported on our initial experiences with the EPR in a blog. We interviewed stakeholders from the healthcare sector and asked about their expectations, doubts, and assessments.
Brochure
A brochure provides information about the functions of the EPR. We created the concept and content, and designed the document, which was published in three language versions.
Illustrations
We maintained the visual language developed by the Agentur confident for the EPR and developed it further. The aim was to create easy-to-understand illustrations and image sequences.
Social media
We created content for eHealth Suisse's social media channels − from short texts and illustrations to clips.
Short films
Together with the filmmakers from Brosky Media, we produced several short films. We interviewed professionals about their first experiences with the EPR.
